Opportunity
The College is seeking an experienced, committed and student-centred educator to take on the position of Year Level Coordinator (Year 7). This role provides significant leadership in the areas of student wellbeing, behaviour standards, pastoral care, and community engagement within the Middle School. The position is an ongoing teaching role with a four-year fixed-term leadership appointment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capacity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a clear commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
About You
You have demonstrated experience in supporting the pastoral, social, and emotional needs of adolescent students. Your leadership background has equipped you with the confidence and capability to manage behaviour concerns and uphold consistent standards of student conduct.
