Working collaboratively with the Dean of Sport and coaches the role will provide an exceptional Soccer Program that caters to students of all abilities, from participation to performance. This is a SDA position commencing Semester 1 2023. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadershipDemonstrate commitment to the College vision and missionBe seen on a Saturday moving between games/ events providing support for coaches/ managers and extra supervision of boys.Manage expectations of the 1st and A teams with the overall programIn conjunction with Human Resources retain, recruit and manage external coachesCommunication & Building RelationshipsEnsure communication channels with parents and students as requiredLiaise and manage with FFV and FFA on performance pathway commitments of our performance playersMaintain quality external relationships (APS, FFV, FFA, Old Boys Soccer Club)Be proactive in increasing the exposure of the Soccer program within the school and wider communityAdministrationEnd to end administration such as pay sheets, calendar of events, fixtures etc Prepare Annual Budgets and manage Opex and Capex budgets Applications close: 4.00pm Friday 21 October 2022.TIC Soccer AUDToorak3142
