The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to lead injury prevention and injury management initiatives across our College community. Commencing in April 2026, the role will be based at our Heyington campus (Toorak), onsite full time or part time (min 0.6) will be considered.
Reporting to the Director of Governance, this position plays a vital role in fostering a safe and supportive environment for staff, students, volunteers and contractors. This hands on role will be accountable for supportive injury prevention initiatives and coordinating injury management of both work related and non-work-related injuries.

About You
You are an experienced health and safety professional with strong knowledge of Victorian OHS, workers compensation legislation and personal injury management. You bring a thoughtful balance of analytical capability and practical, people-focused insight to your work.
Your confidence in providing clear, trusted advice is reflected in your experience supporting injured employees with care and professionalism, and in building effective working relationships with insurers and external stakeholders to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.
