Exam Supervisors

We are seeking reliable and professional supervisors to assist with the administration of the General Achievement Test (GAT) on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

Supervisors play an important role in ensuring the smooth and secure conduct of the examination. Responsibilities include overseeing students, distributing and collecting examination materials, maintaining appropriate exam conditions, and ensuring all procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict procedures
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in exam supervision is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided

Availability:
Applicants must be available for the following:

• 15 June: In-person induction (3:30pm – 4:30pm)
• 16 June: Examination sessions (9:00am – 11:30am and 1:00pm – 3:15pm)

Remuneration:
An hourly rate of $38.64 will be paid for attendance at the induction and for all hours worked on the day of the GAT.

Eligibility Requirements:
While prior experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must not be related to, or associated with, any student completing a VCE Unit 3 or 4 subject in 2026 at this school
• Must not be teaching, tutoring, or coaching any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 subject
• Must have the right to work in Australia
• Must be willing to obtain a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
